Edge 11: Somewhat slow and fuzzy video

Hi, I have the 2 problems above. I notice the slowness in page loading or sometimes when typing that the words lag behind my typing. Occasionally the screen will blank out for a few seconds.

As to video, generally it is ok but on some vids the screen is fuzzy and the picture distorted or very slow.
