SSD Upgrade will this fit?

Ive searched but i havent be able to get a direct answer on what will fit my X1. My HD has failed and i want to throw an ssd in there.
saw this one on ebay what do you guys think will it fit?

According to the specs, it's a 7mm drive and should fit the X1. The X1 also offers the ability to use a mSATA SSD. You might want to use a smaller one of those for the boot drive and pick up another 7mm platter drive for storage. It probably wouldn't cost much more than the SSD and you wouldn't be so cramped for space.

but i only have one space? where does the msata goes or where do i put it? thanks

I believe the mSATA SSD slot is located under the keyboard on the X1. Consult the HMM for more details.

It is indeed under the keyboard. With the screen open it is located roughly around the ALT, PrtScr and CTR buttons (going off memory and the evil glowing red activity light on the SSD I have installed). Having the mSATA SSD and an SSD in the other bay is the way to go.
