where to buy and how to know what you are getting

#1 Post by fjs08 » Sun Jul 23, 2017 6:03 pm

Any recommendations for where to buy a Thinkpax X1 Carbon?
I'd love to be able to touch and play w it a bit rather than solely buy online.
From the Lenovo website, looks like there is a gen 5 out??
How would I know I'm getting the latest and greatest.
Thx.
Frank

Microcenter and B&H come to mind in the tristate area. Any prosumer/professional store should have one. Best buy may or may not have one. Most consumer stores dont have them.
Thinkpad4by3's Law of the Universe.

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.
