Hi,
I have a Lenovo thinkpad 10 tablet ( 20C1 )
It has decided to not boot up
All I get is the power light light flashes three times, then nothing. Sometimes the windows button will vibrate as well.
I have unplugged the battery, drained any residual current, all the usual stuff, with no luck
Have reset several times.
Charger is giving out 12V.
Battery was giving out 3.7/8 V which seemed fine.
I did discharge the battery a bit by connecting it to a usb source, in the hope that might make a difference, but no.
I am a bit confused about trying to recharge it now using a usb power supply - it is sitting at 3.0V, and if I apply 5V to the battery terminals, not much charging goes on, - I am wondering if the third connection from the battery might be preventing me jump starting it this way?
Anyways, it won't work with the power supply either.
There is no power to the usb ports, and the hdmi ouput is not working
I cannot seem to find any reference to any CMOS battery in these!
I am completely stumped - anyone any ideas/
many Thanks
pootler
