Should I buy an Ideadpad Miix 320?

I've been wanting to buy an ideapad Miix 320 for a while, ever since my MS Surface Book's battery expanded. Are there any common issues with it?

I want to make sure that I don't buy a manchine used and then it breaks.
My Thinkpads: IBM Thinkpad R40
Wanted: IBM Thinkpad 700 series, Thinkpad X40
