Suggestions on a case that also fits Lenovo keyboard?

So I am the proud owner of a shiny new Thinkpad Tablet 2 with the Lenovo bluetooth keyboard, but I didn't get a case with it. (Got it from the Lenovo outlet.) Any suggestions on what case would work well for both the tablet itself as well as the keyboard? A few options are there on Amazon that use their own keyboards, and there's also the Lenovo sleeve, but I was looking for something that makes the Tablet a little more "accessible" without having to pull it out of the sleeve each time, if that makes sense. Kind of like one of the fold-out iPad cases but that also integrates the bluetooth keyboard.

Any suggestions from the group on favorite cases?
