Black Screen when start Windows 8.1

I have a T60 laptop (T5200/2Gb RAM) and I have just installed Windows 8.1 today. I installed the drivers from the Lenovo site (PWN, UltraNAV etc.) and all works well. But every time I start the computer, after the boot screen and login screen before a black screen. They last about 15 to 20 seconds, and I thought that my computer is broken.
I tried to see out the msconfig No Gui Boot, but it was not turned on.
Is there any solution for my problem?

As I found out, these laptops don't like the fast shutdown which windows 8.1 offers. You can turn it off under power options.
