New W540 - Windows 8 startup - blue screen

Hello,

I got a new Lenovo W540 (20BHS0WP00) with German preinstalled Windows 8.1. After entering language, computer name it comes to network setup and then it crashes every time with a "blue screen". I already did a dump analysis (details below) which is on every blue screen same analysis.

As it looks to me that it has something to do with network connectivity (see also analysis below) I tried to disable network devices (WLAN, Ethernet cards) and also tried to disable all other peripherals but without success. I already played hours around with BIOS settings without success, too.

Memtest86+ was successfull, Windows 7 Live CD boots well, so it can't be a hardware issue.

Any ideas?
Has someone similar problems?
Some solution?

Perhaps you have already tried it but anyway... The driver INETMON.sys which seems to be responsible of the crash seems to come with the software "Intel Smart Connect". Perhaps you can try to prevent it to run either by renaming the file or by disabling it in registry (set HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\services\INETMON\Start to 4) using your Windows 7 Live-CD.
