What is a T530s (only T530 sold)

Comments here and there suggest the T530s is a better laptop than the T530 (although the T530s is not without complaints.) But does the T530s still exist? The Lenovo shop only mentions the regular T530. What is (or was) the difference?

Hello,

As far as I am aware, there is no such thing as a T530. Any complaints heard about the T530s are either a mistake or about some top secret model that has not yet been released.

Perhaps it is the T430s you were thinking of? It is a slimmer version of the T430.

I'm sure Jayton4 means that there is no thing such as a T530s. And i believe he's right.

Comments on this forum? If you go to google.com and search for the following:

T530s site:forum.thinkpads.com

You will see that the word "T530s" has appeared on this forum only 6 times. 4 of these came from this thread, and for the other two times, people were using "T530s" as the plural form of "T530".
