I ordered my T530 with a 1600 x 900 resolution. Can I purchase the higher resolution screen FHD and just replace the 1600 x 900?

Yes, I did that with my T520 (which display is identical to the one of the T530).

Be careful about buying the right FHD display. There are lots of different displays out there, and only one is the right one.

Might you have the part number &/or vendor you used to purchase your screen if it was a FHD screen?
