Sound Issues in T-430's

I have several T-430's that I am having a sound issue with. Specifically, when docked, the sound works as expected, both system sounds and other sounds like Music CD's, Internet Videos ect. However, once shut down, and undocked and rebooted, the issue shows up. System sounds work, but nothing else. No video sounds, no music CD's no inbedded files, nothing. Sometimes, if I keep trying different things like Internet Videos, CD's, inbedded files, the sound will start working again. I have the latest driver for the sound card, and have looked at the forums, and I haven't been able to find anyone who has had this issue. Anyone out there have a direction to go to try and resolve this? As I said, we have several T-430's, and not all of them have this issue. I am hoping it's just a setting that is checked (or unchecked), but I have been unable to find that as of yet. Thanks!
