I am considering selling my T430s for tradein, and must convince the buyer that the warranty is international,
particularly that a machine purchased in Slovakia will work in neighboring Czech Republic, /both members of the EU/
- the wording is confusing...It is supposed to have international warranty.
What is this?

"Global Model Plus special bid three year limitedwarranty"
. Does Global mean it is internatinoal:
If I go to the IWS, International Warranty Service page, and enter my machine type No. I get a list of service cetnres in many countries.
Does that mean the warranty is international? thanks

It looks good to me. I'm fairly certain that the bit about 'approved locations' would not affect most places ... unless you live on a remote island, for example.

The warranty is valid in these countries. This should convince your buyer.

According to the IWS look up, machine type 2356 has international warranty service in the Czech Republic. Do keep in mind the level of warranty service is not guaranteed when moving from one country to another. It looks like you purchased an on-site warranty, but if on-site service is not offered in Czechoslovakia, any buyer there would not get it.
