Hard Drive Stuck

So I am trying to remove the hard drive from the T430s, after installing a SSD in the DVD -Bay (the HDD would not fit in the Newmodeus caddy no matter how hard I tried). Now, the little pull tab on the HDD has been broken off and I can not remove the thing to save my life. It is well and get wedged in there. Is there anyway to get at the HDD other than that tiny little tape slip? I really wish there were some push release lever hidden away instead of having to rely on this tab (which again ripped off).

Try removing the keyboard bezel. You can possibly have some access from the top.

I use two tiny flat headed screw drivers and wedge them on the top and bottom of the drive, then squeeze it like you are pinching it with the screwdrivers and try to pull it out. You have to be very careful to not mark up the plastic anywhere.
