As far as I know Intel did not make i7-3720M they do make a i7-3720QM (Quad core) and T430 does not come with Quad core processors it only comes with Dual core processors.

The fastest dual core out right now as far as I know is the i7-3540M(3Ghz) which Lenovo does not offer but they do offer the 2nd fastest the i7-3520M (2.9Ghz). You can find all the mobile processers and how they perform here http://www.cpubenchmark.net/laptop.html
W530 - i7-3720QM @ 2.6GHz, 32GB Ram, FHD, nVidea K2000M , 128GB mSATA, 240GB SSD, Arch Linux 64bit
T410 - i5-560M @ 2.67GHz, 8GB, 1440x900, 128GB SSD, 9Cell, Arch Linux 64bit
X61 - Core 2 Duo T7300 @ 2.0GHz, 2GB, 1024x768, 120GB HD, 4Cell, Arch Linux 64bit
