Ericsson H5321 gw stopped by windows?

this is exactly what Device Manager says: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
Happens at random, reboot usually solves the problem for some time, sometimes hibernations will restore card back - until it happens again after returning from sleep.
It shows in AC (Fn+F5) as radio off
driver version: 7.2.3.0 apparently up to date
Machine T430 running Win7 Pro.
Any permanent solution / advice to this annoying nuisance, or I have to live with it?
