t430 ac adapter

hi,

Recently, due to voltage fluctuation (may be not sure) my ac adapter started making buzzing sort of sound, it heats up very
quickly within 15 mins or so.
Its only been 3 months since i bought the laptop, i still have the warranty, but we have no service center here, where i could
claim.
however i managed to find a another adapter (lenovo pa-1900-081) which cost me around $20 the ratings are same (20V X 4.5A = 90 Watts) as the one
on the original one.

But i am not sure how it is going to affect the battery ?

Not sure why it wouldn't perform the same as the old one (?)
