T430 new battery 70+ (6 cell)

Just got it from Lenovo and connected so:
in power manager/battery manager/ battery details:
1.) nothing shows up except for firmware version 0000-0000-0000-0000
2.) when set to custom charge it stops charging at 90% and only resumed when charge mode changed to 1st option

my other batteries ie: 9 cell and slice behave normally and show all the details. never had that issue and still don't have with my 2 batteries in T43 by now almost 10 years old.

Should I spend another 2 hours with Lenovo, tell them again what I think about them and their service, or cry on my wife shoulders about good old days when ThinkPads had IBM logo no their faces.
