T430 Toshiba SSD Win8.1 build - reboot and all data gone!

Hi, has anyone else come across the following problem:

Brand new T430 is imaged with Win 8.1 via SCCM 2012, all is working ok for a day, you can happily install apps, copy data and reboot etc.

Then without warning after either a reboot or boot from scratch the laptop can't see any data on the hard drive and tries to PXE boot.

Try mount drive in another PC (direct SATA cable connection as 2nd drive), or USB hard drive caddy and its like its a brand new drive, just asks to initialize disk, doing so then allows you to Format the drive and all seems ok but no data to be found.

Bitlocker is also used as part of the SCCM deployment build, Bitlocker completes without issue. We have tried mounting one of the working hard drives that hasn't lost data/OS on another PC and it is seen, obviously have to use the Bitlocker key entry to allow access to the data but no problems.

This is out of 9 T430 laptops we received recently, all the same setup, 4 have failed so far.

The drives do pass diags fine, we intially got the first 2 drives replaced by Lenovo and haven't seen an issue since but its only been a few days, the last 2 that lost all data we tried re-imaging today and both are setup with Windows 8.1 again and no errors logged in Event Viewer etc.

Its very strange and hope it isn't just us having this issue?
