Excellent repair service from Lenovo

Well, the HDD in my T430 crashed last week. I was able to remove the drive and get all my data off it but just couldn't get the drive back in the bay. On further inspection, the SATA socket inside the drive bay was loose and misaligned. So I called up Lenovo warranty service (my T430 was still under the original 3 year factory warranty) on Tuesday evening, box arrived Wednesday morning, shipped it to them Wednesday afternoon and it arrived Thursday morning, they repaired it and shipped it back the same day it arrived and I received it today (Friday). They replaced the motherboard and HDD, re-imaged the drive and I'm off and running again. Now I remember why I only buy Thinkpads!
Only glitch is they didn't return the battery, but a quick call to customer service and they are shipping one out today for delivery on Monday.
I know some folks have had negative experiences with Lenovo service and posted them on this website but in over 15 years of Thinkpad ownership, I've always had excellent/outstanding experiences.
