Add a NVIDIA discrete graphics card to a T540 ?

I can get a T540 with everything else I want except the video card. It has an Intel integrated graphics card. If possible to do, what would be the steps needed to add the NVIDIA card that is optionally available for this model?

It is NOT possible.
Machines with nVidia GPU utilize a different motherboard than yours, *and* the GPU itself is soldered to the board.
