what is the differnece with these two gobi3000 cards

I am buying a new wwan car since the gobi4000 card is blacklisted on my T430. I have downloaded the bom part list and it shows.

The card I am interested is the gobi3000 but this bom shows two the 04W3785 2 Sierra Gobi3000 WWAN Module and 60Y3257 2 Sierrawireless Gobi-3000 WWAN. Does anyone know what the difference is between these two.
