Is it possible to add a fingerprint reader to a T530 laptop?

For some reasons I consider buying a used T530 laptop and can't find one with resolution 1600x900 and fingerprint reader simultaneously on local market. So my question is if it is possible to buy a palmrest with fingerprint reader and install this palmrest in place of the original palmrest (which didn't have fingerprint reader)? Is it simple unscrew/"swap" operation? Will the fingerprint reader work then?

Yes, it's just a matter of swapping the palmrest and downloading the associated software afterwards.
