I am quite pleased with the laptop I just purchased. It is a refurbished Lenovo T430. I ordered a few days ago it through Amazon.com and received it yesterday via UPS from Klamp Electronics.
The size of the T430 is just what I wanted. It has a large enough keyboard and display screen to make my time computing pleasant and not fatiguing.
This laptop is fast with an Intel i5 2.6 Mhz processor, 180GB SSD primary drive and 8GB or ram. Its excellent design allowed me to easily swap its OEM CD/DVD device for a secondary Caddy adapter holding a fast Crucial SSD 512 GB drive.
Setup was a snap. The laptop quickly recognized my router, wireless printer and installed my software applications smoothly and with dispatch.
Because it is refurbished and I was able to purchase aftermarket components at low prices, I spent far less of this system than what I spent on former laptops. Even so, the quality, speed and scope of this T430 nearly matches those attributes of my fully loaded and fast desktop.
