Marks on the screen on my T450

It is anoying that I can see prints from the keyboard on the screen when it has been closed down. Probably grease from my fingers. I have never put anything heavy on the "lid" when the Pc has been closed. Not a problem with my T400s.

The lid on post T430/T530/W530/X230 Thinkpads have become thinner. This makes it easier to press the screen against the keyboard even when medium heavy objects are put on the lid. If the LCD bezel is thinner (in depth, not width) or the keyboard is placed higher on the chassis, this would probably add to the issue.

I would check for anything that is misaligned and reseat the keyboard. Other than that, there is not much you can do. Do not put anything between the screen and keyboard (towel, papers) to try to stop the marks. More frequently, the screen ends up getting scratched more.

Today I have put two small rubber standoffs in the corners of the screen. Looks stupid. The Pc has not left my desk in a bag yet. This is not an elegant solution from Lenovo - there must be a gap between the keyboard and the screen big enough to avoid this I think.
