T440P 57++ Extended Battery

Has anyone on this forum purchased the 9 cell/57++ extended battery for their T440P? What's the battery life like? I'm currently in Japan and have only been able to locate batteries through Lenovo's website and Amazon.co.jp, but both sites are selling them for around $150.

I used to get about 8-10 hours with new 9 cell battery. A year later and after upgrading to SSD I still get at least 6 or 7 hours.
I get somewhat lower battery life in Linux (Ubuntu) than Windows, but not by much. Most of my work is development in Visual Studio or PyCharm. I also keep my brightness quite high and WiFi off most of the time.
