can a T430s drive a 4k / UHD external monitor?

I have an X220, and thinking about getting a 14" machine. My wife's T420s is a nice compromise between size, weight, and screen size.
The X220 can't drive a 4k display at more than 30hz because of the integrated graphics and displayport 1.1 (?). I assume the T420s is in the same boat as the X220. I don't have a 4k display yet, but hankering for one in this year's upgrade cycle.
Can the T430s drive a 4k display at 60hz? I don't care about games (have a desktop for that I don't use
), but for coding work mostly.
I'm liking a T430s since it has a decent enough keyboard, can take 2 8gb dimms, and can be upgraded to an IPS display now
.
The T450s is petty comparable to an upgrade T430s, at twice the price, and probably twice the battery life, with equal processing power.
Anyone disagree or have thoughts?
