Wireless LAN turns inactive but shows active

Hello,

i have a similiar problem with two T430s Notebooks.

The problem is, that either the Wireless Lan Interface or the internal Mobile Card goes inactive.
When you go to network -> adapter configuration the device still shows active.
The problem can be solved by hitting a right click
and choose "Diagnose". The assistent pops up and fixes the problem by activating the interface again.

BUT: The problem occurs sporadic over and over again. But it was not there from the beginning.
It's appearing since a couple of days. Anybody had this issue before?
What can i do?
