Review of the T460s FHD (Innolux)

#1 Post by Puppy » Wed Mar 30, 2016 4:14 am

http://www.notebookcheck.net/Lenovo-Thi ... 561.0.html

Screen flickering / PWM not detected

- low display brightness
- very low gamut
- high color deviations

An additional problem is the implementation of different Full-HD panels, which can have different specs.

That is the first time I have heard an Innolux display being used in a Thinkpad. Does anybody know the general quality of these? I don't think any of them were every used in the pre-T440 generations. On panelook, they often come up as having the highest contrast ratio compared to other displays.
Current Thinkpads: W530 (functional classic keyboard mod), X301, T61, T60, T43, T23, 600X, 770
Other: mk5 Toughbook cf-19, mk1 Toughbook cf-53
