T450s stuttering 4K video playback

Hello everybody.
I'm having this problem with my T450s and with an Intel HD 5500 graphics card.
I can't play any 4K video without it stuttering and my CPU spiking to the max.
Any people experiencing the same troubles?
And did you manage to fix this?
