T450s 1920x1080 gamut?

#1 Post by dukof » Tue Jun 14, 2016 10:45 am

Many references specify 100.8% sRGB gamut for the 1920x1080 touch screen. From experience, this is something I always avoid, due over-saturated colors/reds.

But is this only the 1920x1080 touch screen, or also the 1920x1080 non-touch?
Any references to confirm the gamut for the non-touch display?

I made agreement to buy the latter today, before I discovered this. But if it's high gamut, I must cancel this deal..

Depends on the display. The LG will cover about 70% of sRGB or something in that region, while the AUO will cover 99.9%.

Correction:
I was confusing the terms. 100% sRGB should be ~72% NTSC, which means no over-saturation.
