HI,Im looking to buy a t430 for some office work,but i want to play games on it as well,so i was wondering if it can run GTA V (IF YES THEN WHAT FPS AND SETTINGS)..It would be very helpful if YOU responded to me.I found a variant with an: i5 3-RD GEN 3.3 GHZ INTEL HD 4000 AND 8 GB RAM...

For Intel HD Graphics, nope.
For the variant that comes with Nvidia NVS 5400M, yes it works, at least that's under my T530i with that graphics and a 2nd gen i5 instead of a 3rd gen one and under the resolution of 1366x768.
As for the settings, I think it was medium settings because higher settings require more than 1GB of VRAM

You can use eGPU, I played ie. The Witcher 3 on almost max settings with it on T430:

If you do that you will spend the budget more than enough to buy the one with 5400M. Also consider its larger sibling T530 if there is a cheaper one

You will be fine with T420/520-T440/540. T550 and T560 loses lots of tp elements

If you buy the Intel HD version just don't think about games without turning it into a desktop
