T440s SSD speed

I just installed an SSD in the T440s and I find the computer to be more sluggish than when I had the 7200 HDD in the machine.... I did run a test and did all optimizations I could think of... the SSD is an Intel branded drive

below is a pic of my crystal diskmark test.... is these speeds any good?
