I want to have mobile internet on my Thinkpad T430.
Where can I find the Windows software that activate the mobile Modem?

You'll need to reach out to a service provider first to have them provision the data plan and activate service for your card. Most likely they will have someone you can speak with who will have specific instructions on activating the data connection from the PC after you've signed up for service.
