remove and clean under the trackpoint mouse buttons

Hi
is it possible to remove the left mouse button (used with the trackpoint) to clean it below ?
Because mine doesn't work well like something's beneath it ?

Remove the keyboard and blow it out with compressed air.

Thanks but for my T450, removing the keyboard doesn't give access to the buttons:
