Just bought T450 for cheap. Only "problem" for me is this 1366x768 TN panel...
I want to replace it with 1600x900 or 1920x1080, IPS preffered. Are there any options available? Will any other components (ribbon, etc) need replacement?

When I upgraded my X240, it was a drop in swap to IPS FHD. I found a trick that you can just pull off the bezel and swap without disassembling the entire machine.

It's a drop in replacement, same cable can be used.
