T430 i5-3320M should be 3.30 GHz, but BIOS shows 2.60Ghz

But BIOS shows 2.60 GHz:
What am I missing?

Thinkwiki only shows the max speed after turbo boost technology which is 3.3ghz, while the actual frequency is 2.6ghz

Turbo boost technology. 3.30 Ghz is the maximum self-overclockable turbo speed for single thread. 2.6 is the highest normal clock.
