[T470s] How to get configuration with 8gb ram soldered?

Hi all,

Basically exactly what the question says. How can I get a T470s with 8gb RAM soldered? If I get a 16 gb will I get 8+8 or 4+12? Does anyone have any experience with this? Ideally looking for the cheapest way to get 8 soldered, so I can upgrade the remaining slot with a 16 gb for 24 gigs of ram.

No, your radioshack soldering iron won't cut it. Neither will a 500$ soldering iron. Not even a 1000$ hot air gun.
