T430 display upgrade minimize bezzel

Hi,

I wonder if there has been an attempt to upgrade the display of a T430 (and similar models) to a bigger one as in replacing with a screen physically bigger than the original 14"? Minimizing that crazy thick bezzel.
Similar to the X330 from 51nb, based on X230. https://imgur.com/r/thinkpad/0m3a1.

I've done the X320 mod myself and I've been looking for a screen to do the same but haven't come across one that will fit yet either.
