T440s battery not holding a charge

Tried swapping out a couple different replacement batteries, all of which charge up to max capacity then drain quickly down to 7% within 30 mins after disconnecting power. Installed the LSC Lite for Windows diagnostic and ran the battery checker which takes all of 1 second to return results saying the battery is good.

How old are batteries? If more than 3y then they might be beyond their useful life.
