Yes, if you also buy the matching T25-rest around it.
Maybe you can buy a T25 mobo, keyboard and KB bezel, and fit that in the T470p housing?
Or trade your T470p in for a T25.
Or forget it, it's not going to happen.

Not sure of differences between p and non-p in terms of if palmrest is the same. I read Lenovo will only sell you keyboard if you own T25.

No. The ThinkPad 25 is based on the T470, which has a completely different design – its incompatible.
