Hard to find keyboard stoppers for T460

#1 Post by CoolRunnings » Sat Aug 25, 2018 10:31 pm

I have a T460 and had to replace the keyboard recently. In doing so, I buggered up one of the tiny rubber stoppers that go under the battery to stop the keyboard spacers between keys from sliding around. The FRU number is 00HM041. Anyone know a good place to get these without spending an absurd amount of money?

Check the various rubber feet from different laptops.
With the help of an Xacto knife, you might make them fit.
Or get an eraser like this (any office supply shop):

and cut that to size,
Lovely day for a Guinness! (the Real Black Stuff). And pigs CAN fly!
