Thermal compound for t430

Hi I am going to purchase thermal compound from Ali express. 1: Can you suggest which one should I get? 2: Any particular brand or any particular kind of paste?
3: Arctic MX-4 is also available, is it good and compatible?
4: Also listed on Ali express is WFXSTD Thermal compound which is dirt cheap, has anyone used that?
Amazon and any other service is not available in my country.

The Arctic is fine. Hopefully you won't be getting a forgery.

A bit late I know, but with my fiancee's T430, I updated the thermal compound to Liquid metal, same with my T420 and L412.

Results were suprising!

I honestly will not use anything else now, unless it is something with a non-copper H/S....
