Hi,
I got a T440s and I wanna buy some extra batteries. I had a X230 before and it didnt charge some 3rd party batteries.
Which brands of batteries are "save to buy" for my model?
Greetings

Re: Which third party battery can i use for T440s
Welcome to the Forum.
The X230 can charge any non-official battery after you mod the EC, info here: viewtopic.php?f=69&t=120776
T440s can use the same batteries as the X240 (external 3-cell 24W 68 and 6-cell 72W 68+).
It is recommended to use genuine Lenovo batteries, unless you find knock-offs from a reliable(!?) supplier.

X240 and T440 also haeve interchangeable internal batteries FWIW.
