Hinge replacement pricing

Does anyone here offer services for Thinkpad repair? The hinges on my T430s are kind of floppy. Was thinking of paying someone to replace them. But since it's such an involved job, was also thinking of paying someone to do the 1080p IPS screen upgrade at the same time. What would these services cost? Thanks.

Well, I finished replacing the hinges. Both look like they sit at a slight angle, but work fine. I'm not sure if it's because the aftermarket hinges aren't made to the best tolerances, or if I did something wrong in the reassembly. It was difficult to line up the screw holes on the new hinges.

Screen is tight now, so I can't complain.

OK, I think maybe I can complain. These new hinges are already starting to feel loose. But every set of hinges I see on eBay for the T430s is in the same $15 price range. I wonder if any of them are legit OEM.
