T480s FHD screen to QHD screen upgrade - worth it? difficult?

I found a good source for a QHD screen and now I'm really tempted to upgrade from my FHD screen for the nearly 2x pixel density.

Has anyone done this upgrade? Is it difficult? I don't see an easy way to get into the lid on the T480s compared with my older ThinkPads where I just needed to take out a few screws. Is it all glue bonded?
