Feeling very pleased!

#1 Post by AndyMH » Mon Mar 04, 2019 1:54 pm

I've got two T430's one with a stock 1600x900 screen the other 1366x768. Thought I'd upgrade the 1366x768 to 1600x900 as well. Got a B140RTN02.1 glossy screen (you also have to replace the cable). Took about 1/2 hour. It's so much better than the stock 1600x900 screen from lenovo. Total cost about £60, well worth it. :D

Both on ebay (UK).

Screen - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-Grade-A- ... 2749.l2649

Cable - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/IBM-LENOVO-T ... 2749.l2649

So much better than the stock 1600x900 screen.

EDIT - had a look on ebay.com and most of them listed are matte screens which from my googling/research before I bought are either not as good or not the genuine article.
