Is it possible to upgrade in future this processor on this model ? What choices i have ?

Your choices are i5-4200U, i5-4300U, and i7-4600U. And it is only possible to upgrade through a mobo swap.

I bought allready the t440s. I found it in great price.
Is it ok for very fast browsing and office tasks or the i7 4600u will give me a bottle ?

Fast browsing and office applications won't be a problem for an i7-4600u, esp. if you have enough RAM (preferably 8GB) and an SSD.

I have 12 ram and the best ssd samsung 860 evo. Can i put nvme ?

No.
Even if you would find an adapter, it will still be limited to SATA III speed.
