Rubber Washer for T430 Speaker Assembly?

Where can I find some of these? I'm talking about the rubber washer that goes on the frame and then the speaker sort of slides into it, then you screw it down. I can find plenty of rubber washers, but none with that small groove in between for the speaker to slide into.
