How to FULLY disable trackpad mouse acceleration on ThinkPad T480?

#1 Post by surpex » Wed Nov 13, 2019 2:45 pm

I'm using a fresh install of Windows on a ThinkPad T480, and I can't seem to fully disable the trackpad acceleration. I've turned off the "enhanced pointer precision" in Windows mouse settings, but the acceleration still remains. I suspect that this is a problem with the Synaptics drivers, but there isn't an option to change acceleration in the Synpatics "ThinkPad" settings.

I'd really appreciate some help, as this is kind of ruining my thinkpad experience.
