Hi all,
I'm trying to help a friend acquire a T450s i5 5300u w/ 1080p screen resolution like mine, however I am a bit confused by conflicting information online.
My unit has a 1080p display (windows automatically defaults to this display setting); however when I checked the lenovo specs page, they don't even show 1080p as an option ( https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/laptops/th ... ries/t450/ )
Until now, based on reviews years ago, I was always under the impression the 5200u came with the 1600x900 screen, and the 5300u/5600u came with the 1080p screen.
But after seeing the lenovo specs page, and every listing on ebay stating the 1600x900 resolution for the 5300u model.... was I wrong?
Anyone have a better idea on this?
Thanks!

No it wasn't a default. There are top seller machines config'd with a i5-5300u and HD+.

The efficiency of two screens equally sized with equal numbers if pixels are equal. The time spent by a 4:3 user complaining about 16:9 is proportional to the inefficiency working with a 16:9 display, therefore the amount of useful work extracted is equal.
